John Stratigeas, Owner Operator, is a well known businessman in Toronto and Mississauga. John is an established restauranteur operating since 1961 in Toronto, Etobicoke West and now in Mississauga. His expertise in Canadian, Greek and Italian Cuisine has led to over a million customers being served throughout the years and over 10,000 events. John comes from a long family tradition of excellence in the restaurant and catering business and Banquet Facilities that spans four generations. His son Chef Spiros works with him at the Italian Express.

Always fresh, authentic and sure to leave you wanting more, our delicious cuisine is perfectly complimented by our warm European environment. For catering Chef Spiros can create delicious food trays to go or come to your event with all the staff you need.

We have an open concept seating for 40 to 50 people, that can be converted for your business meeting, baptism, birthday or private party. Call the restaurant and ask for Chef Spiros or Betsy to discuss the details or book your event.

Order your food from the hot table and rush off to work. Or take a seat and order from the menu and savour the flavours of Italy.
